Mykola Tomenko: It is necessary to enhance the Responsibility for the Use of Electric Current by Fishing

M.Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, welcomes the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Hunting Economy and Hunting, Protection, Use and Reproduction of Fauna" (Reg. No.1154) adopted at the First Reading. The Bill enhances responsibility for violation of the rules of use, maintenance, purchase and sale of objects of flora or fauna. "Poaching has lately acquired such a threatening scope, that law-makers are obliged to respond to it by means of adopting corresponding legislative acts", - he stressed.
